Donald Trump at the border with US flags; Trump border crisis

After being invited by TX Governor Greg Abbott, former President Trump said he will visit the southern border crisis at the end of June.

Former President Trump announced that he will be visiting the U.S.-Mexico border as the crisis grows worse and Kamala Harris has avoided going.

“I have accepted the invitation of Texas Governor Greg Abbott to join him on an official visit to our Nation’s decimated Southern Border on Wednesday, June 30, 2021,” Trump said in a statement. “The Biden Administration inherited from me the strongest, safest and most secure border in U.S. history, and in mere weeks they turned it into the single worst border crisis in U.S. history. It’s an unmitigated disaster zone.”

Despite being assigned to the border crisis role, Kamala Harris has repeatedly laughed in reporters’ faces when asked about when she will visit the border, and she still has not provided a specific date of when she will be traveling there.

“What Biden and Harris have done, and are continuing to do on our border, is a grave and willful dereliction of duty,” Trump stated. “My visit will hopefully shine a spotlight on these crimes against our Nation—and show the incredible people of ICE and Border Patrol that they have our unshakeable support.”

Not only has President Biden made the border crisis worse, now it seems that he and Kamala Harris are trying to avoid the problem altogether.

Trump may be out of office, but he still cares about America and is willing to visit the border crisis and work with Governor Abbott on solving it. In times like these, we need leaders like Donald Trump.
