It has been almost 80 days since Kamala Harris has taken her border crisis role, yet she has continued to avoid answering questions about it.
Kamala Harris has been avoiding questions on when she will visit the U.S.-Mexico border and what is to be done amid President Biden’s ongoing border crisis.
When asked when she would visit by NBC’s Lester Holt, Harris responded by saying, “At some point, you know, we are going to the border, we’ve been to the border. So this whole, this whole, this whole thing about the border. We’ve been to the border. We’ve been to the border.”
“You haven’t been to the border,” Holt responded.
“And I haven’t been to Europe. I don’t understand the point that you’re making,” Harris said.
When given a chance to redeem herself on Tuesday, Harris unfortunately gave another answer that made no sense. When a reporter asked how soon she’d be visiting the border, Harris responded with a lengthy, vague description of the crisis and failed to answer the question.

Currently, it has been nearly 80 days since the vice president was given her border crisis role. This week, Harris held her first press conference on the crisis and said that she plans to visit the border. However, she didn’t mention any specific date or time frame.
The same Democrats who slammed former President Trump over issues at the border are dealing with a worse crisis at the present time, and they are failing. How can we trust leaders who point their finger at a former president and laugh in reporter’s faces when asked simple questions about the border?
Americans deserve better than Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
