About Americans United for Values

A CONSERVATIVE COURT

For the first time in 50 years, the U.S. Supreme Court has a reliable, conservative majority – thanks to appointments by Presidents H.W. Bush, George W. Bush, and Donald Trump.
With a reliable majority, liberal justices are unable to legislate from the bench. President Trump’s first Supreme Court appointee, Judge Gorsuch, cast the decisive vote in 15 out of 18 cases during his first term. Gorsuch had an immediate, consequential impact on Court cases such as upholding the President’s travel ban. As President Trump has yet another opportunity to secure a conservative on the Court, we can ensure the Court will continue to protect our Constitutional rights. ENDLESS RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion…”
AUV advocates for all Americans to freely and peacefully practice the religion of their choice. Today, our religious freedoms are constantly under attack by liberal politicians and judges. We cannot allow legislation and court decisions to force religious Americans to act against their core religious beliefs. Legal battles over religious freedom are a direct threat to our First Amendment rights and will not be tolerated. STRONG MILITARY DEFENSE

AUV knows the value of a strong military, but even more so, the sacrifice of those who have served. We support veterans, active military, and their families. We need legislation that backs military pay raises, budgets for improved military technology, and forward-thinking military expansion plans. Help us advocate for candidates who share this vision.
